Manage Family Accounts

Manage a child account on the Member Portal, edit their profile and book in to events.

To manage a linked family account on the Member Portal, follow these steps:

The Member Portal can be accessed from:

  1. Login to the parent/guardian account and select 'Profile'

  2. Select the 'My Family' tab

  3. Select 'Use' next to the child account you would like to manage
    Here you can purchase a membership for this family member, view their upcoming and past bookings and edit their profile

  4. To make a new booking for this family member, close the profile window by selecting the 'X'

  5. Book into events as you would with your own account. The currently selected family member's account is displayed.

  6. Select 'Switch back' to return to your profile

To manage a child account on the Glofox App, follow these steps:

The Glofox App can be downloaded from:

  1. Login to the parent/guardian account and select the profile icon

  2. Select the "Family accounts'

  3. Select the family account you would like to manage
    Here you can purchase a membership for this family member, view their upcoming and past bookings and edit their profile

  4. Book into events as you would with your own account. The currently selected account is displayed at the top

  5. Select 'Stop' to return to your profile
